RAUSI presents a Lunch & Learn with Dr Patrick Brennan, PhD

General Sir Arthur Currie, the Hero and the Man

Unquestionably the finest military commander Canada has produced, General Sir Arthur Currie remains an enigmatic figure.  Blinded by hero worship, Canadian historians have simplified a complex man - hailing his achievements but ignoring his flaws.  Who was the real Arthur Currie?

Plan to join us Friday, 13 May 2022, 12:00 (Mountain).

  • Presentation will be hosted in-person at HMCS Tecumseh and via Zoom. No charge to attend either format.
  • An optional light catered lunch will be available for a fee.
  • Registration is required.
