Veteran's Writing Workshop

War Stories Society Veterans' Writing Workshop

The veterans’ writing workshop is a free nine-month writing workshop for serving members, veterans, and members of their families. The goal is for participants to get their stories down on paper.

Whatever level of experience you may have, your writing can be improved with a little time and effort. It is a skill that is refined with practice, just like swimming or playing the guitar. Writing your own story is a way to organize, process and find meaning in certain life events. Over time, you will hone your skills and improve.

Registration is now open, and runs from September 2022 - May 2023.
